Healthy Relationships Initiative involves a partnership between Phillips Foundation and The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG). Phillips Foundation is a private family foundation and catalytic capital platform, which leverages its resources for positive change through impact investing, strategic grants, and original programs. UNCG is one of the institutions in the UNC system, and it serves over 19,000 students in undergraduate and graduate programs.

In addition to personnel from Phillips Foundation and UNCG, HRI is guided by a Partner Leadership Council (PLC) comprised of community leaders in Guilford County who provide guidance into the planning and implementation of the initiative. Current PLC members (2018) and members of the inaugural HRI Steering Committee (2017) are represented in the charts below.
